Associate Dean, Health Sciences & Director, School of Nursing – Faculty of Health Sciences, Hamilton, ON

• Provide academic and administrative oversight of the School’s educational, research, financial, and clinical activities.
• Serve as Director of the McMaster‑Mohawk‑Conestoga Nursing Consortium.
• Act as a key member of the Faculty Executive Council, overseeing faculty‑wide issues.
• Lead strategic initiatives, champion change and innovation, and foster a cohesive, enthusiastic community of faculty, staff, and students.

• PhD in nursing or a related discipline.
• Record of excellence in academic and clinical leadership.
• Eligibility for licensing as a Registered Nurse in Ontario.
• Internationally recognized scholar and strategic leader with a vision for advancing the School’s mission.
