Associate Dean, Health Sciences & Director, School of Nursing – Faculty of Health Sciences, Hamilton, ON

Key Responsibilities- Provide academic and administrative oversight of the School’s educational, research, financial, and clinical activities.
- Serve as Director of the McMaster‑Mohawk‑Conestoga Nursing Consortium.
- Act as a key member of the Faculty Executive Council, overseeing faculty‑wide issues.
- Lead strategic initiatives, champion change and innovation, and foster a cohesive, enthusiastic community of faculty, staff, and students.
- PhD in nursing or a related discipline.
- Record of excellence in academic and clinical leadership.
- Eligibility for licensing as a Registered Nurse in Ontario.
- Internationally recognized scholar and strategic leader with a vision for advancing the School’s mission.
