Job Overview
Hamilton Local School District is seeking a Full Time Educational Aides assigned to Hamilton Elementary School starting on August 10, 2026, to be contracted through the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESCCO). The position requires working 7.5 hours a day with a 187- day contract per year. Current educational aide base daily rate is $136.95.
Qualifications- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Acceptable Ohio BCI & FBI background checks.
- Obtain a Educational Aide Permit through the Ohio Department of Education (once hired).
- Ensure safety of students.
- Work with students both individually and in small groups.
- Interact in a positive manner with staff, students and parents.
- Promote good public relations by personal appearance, attitude and conversation.
