Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate career exploration and pathway discussions
• Deliver targeted job readiness and coaching sessions
• Monitor training progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with program partners for participant readiness
• Maintain accurate records of participant outcomes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Career Development or related area
• 2-4 years experience in workforce development
• Strong coaching and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labour market trends in technology roles
• Proficiency with case management tools and Microsoft Office
