Starting in August 2026, this six-month volunteer placement in Kingston, provided by Cuso International, focuses on developing a digital maturity framework for SMEs. In this role, you will support organizations in adopting innovative digital tools that drive productivity improvements and business growth. Tracking outcomes and measuring success will be key parts of your contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the SME Digital Maturity Framework
• Create an Automation and Digital Tools Toolkit
• Lead the implementation of a Digital Adoption Pilot
• Evaluate organizational readiness for new systems
• Measure key performance indicators for success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Experience in strategic and operational planning
• Commitment to engaging youth and community development
• Ability to motivate teams and work independently
