In this position, you’ll work with a dedicated leadership team to mentor staff and ensure educational compliance. Your efforts will drive impactful changes in early learning environments, making a real difference in children's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach program supervisors for effective leadership

• Manage daily operations and staff appropriately

• Ensure quality compliance with How Does Learning Happen? framework

• Oversee budgets and orderly resource allocation

• Build relationships with families and community stakeholders

Requirements:

• Current RECE certification with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• At least ten years in childcare and five in leadership roles

• Extensive experience in program operations and administration

• Solid understanding of CCEYA and responsive pedagogy

• Valid driver’s license required
