Position: Hamilton Elementary Part-Time Para educator Role
Support the educational environment at Hamilton Elementary as a part-time Para educator. Engage with students indirectly through supervision and administrative assistance.

As a part-time Para educator, you will facilitate a safe and orderly environment at Hamilton Elementary School. Responsibilities include supervising students in lunchrooms and playgrounds, as well as assisting with tasks in the copy room. This role does not involve direct instruction but plays a crucial part in maintaining student safety and aiding teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in various gathering areas

• Help manage copy room duties and other administrative tasks

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the administration

• Monitor behavior during key daily student interactions

• Ensure consistent attendance and reliable supervision

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is essential

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required

• Must be present and active in the building

• Ability to lift weights of 25 pounds or more

• Tech-savvy and competent in using computers preferred
