Finish and inspire children in Grades 1-6 through running and reading! Help foster a love for literacy and an active lifestyle in a supportive after-school setting.

This impactful volunteering opportunity takes place every Tuesday from 3:35 to 5:35 pm. You’ll work closely with students, leading fitness fun, engaging in reading sessions, and facilitating games that enhance their literacy skills. Your support will empower them to pursue their dreams confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and participate in engaging fitness activities

• Read to children individually and support their learning

• Provide healthy snacks and refreshments

• Create an environment for interactive literacy games

• Develop meaningful connections with students and mentors

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16; background check required

• Commitment to the volunteer code of conduct

• Ability to commute to the designated location

• Dedication to working with children and education

• Openness to various mentoring opportunities
