Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on inclusion strategies with educators

• Facilitate Child Study Meetings and Para educator coordination

• Attend leadership and compliance meetings

• Model effective instructional leadership

• Assist with behavior support plan deployment
Requirements:

• Valid Special Education License required

• Strong grasp of special education regulations

• Effective problem solving skills favored

• Experience with behavior management strategies preferred

• Commitment to improving student success
