Candidates must have a BScN and significant clinical background, preferably with an MSc degree. The role involves teaching, grading, and evaluating students in a variety of skilled practice modules designed for nursing students. Key Responsibilities- Conduct skilled practice courses within BScN curriculum
- Evaluate and grade student performance effectively
- Facilitate office hours and accommodate student needs
- Mentor students in both theoretical and clinical practice
- Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to nursing education
- BScN degree essential; MSc is a plus
- At least three years of clinical work experience
- Expertise in pediatric, maternal, or mental health preferred
- Willingness to teach in Hamilton, Halton, Brant, or Mississauga
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
