In this full-time role, you will strategically develop initiatives that bolster student wellbeing and foster a strong sense of belonging. You will work closely with students to create programs that encourage participation in Jewish campus life and support their personal growth through mentorship and resources. Your insights and proactive strategies will be pivotal for creating a thriving student community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage students through relationship-building initiatives
• Develop and support wellness events and activities
• Monitor and respond to student needs and trends
• Offer support and case management for students in crisis
• Keep accurate records of student engagement
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields
• Passion for working with college students
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive environment
