This vital role requires you to engage with student-athletes and community partners while reporting to the Director of Equity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism. With your 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will design and promote programs that ensure safe and inclusive spaces for equity-deserving groups on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate EDI initiatives for student-athletes

• Provide expert insight on anti-racism practices

• Collaborate for effective outreach and engagement

• Maintain statistics to assess project impacts

• Develop communications to promote inclusivity efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study

• 3-5 years of experience in EDI programming

• Strong skills in project management and organization

• Excellent communication abilities

• Proficiency with MS Office and social media tools
