• Provide mentorship and coaching to program supervisors
• Oversee daily operations and staff management
• Ensure quality meets standards based on How Does Learning Happen?
• Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively
• Foster collaborations with families and community stakeholders

• Current RECE with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• At least ten years in childcare and five years in leadership
• Expertise in program operations and administration
• Solid knowledge of CCEYA and responsive pedagogy
• Valid driver’s license required
