This position requires a BScN and considerable clinical experience to guide students in their nursing journey. You will take charge of grading, facilitate personalized learning through office hours, and mentor students in both theoretical knowledge and clinical skills. Your guidance will empower them to excel in the nursing profession.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct skilled practice courses within BScN curriculum
• Evaluate and grade student performance effectively
• Facilitate office hours and accommodate student needs
• Mentor students in both theoretical and clinical practice
• Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to nursing education
Requirements:
• BScN degree essential; MSc is a plus
• At least three years of clinical work experience
• Expertise in pediatric, maternal, or mental health preferred
• Willingness to teach in Hamilton, Halton, Brant, or Mississauga
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
