Support student success as an Invigilator at Mohawk College's Testing Centre. This part-time position ensures a well-organized testing environment, available primarily on campus.
You will oversee the testing process for various students, maintaining fairness and confidentiality. This role involves proctoring tests, assisting with technical issues, and ensuring compliance with testing protocols. Your contributions will reflect Mohawk College's commitment to equity and inclusion in education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tests while maintaining a secure atmosphere
• Monitor academic integrity during assessments
• Communicate testing instructions clearly to students
• Keep all test materials confidential and secure
• Prepare paperwork and manage testing setups
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in a relevant field
• Excellent communication skills required
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be available for evening and weekend work
