Position: Instructor for Power Engineering Program
Lead the Fourth-Class Power Engineering Program at Great Plains College, Swift Current. As an instructor, you will drive student success through innovative teaching techniques.

This contract role with Great Plains College seeks an energetic and competent instructor for the Fourth-Class Power Engineering Program. As a key member of the academic team, you will plan and organize course material while engaging students in practical and theoretical learning. Your ability to connect with students will be paramount for enhancing their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and implement engaging instructional content

• Support and motivate students toward academic success

• Collaborate with the Program Coordinator for curriculum development

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment

• Stay updated with current technology and teaching resources

Requirements:

• Third Class Power Engineering Interprovincial Certificate required

• Instructional experience in a similar field

• Two years of relevant operating experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to adapt to technology in teaching
