As a Senior Associate, you'll provide subject matter expertise while facilitating engaging learning experiences through classroom, virtual, and hands-on delivery methods. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver EO/IR maintenance training to diverse audiences
• Act as a subject matter expert for maintenance topics
• Develop and improve training programs and supporting materials
• Create training assessments and evaluation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience, 2 years with degree
• Proven instructional capabilities in technical training
• Hands-on experience with integrated systems
• Willingness to travel 30-60% for trainings and support
