Position: Resource Consultant for Inclusion Programs
Transform the lives of children as a Resource Consultant focused on inclusion at our not-for-profit organization. Your expertise will empower educators and families in child care settings to foster meaningful community engagement.

As a Resource Consultant, you will oversee a caseload of licensed child care centers.

Your role involves facilitating inclusive programs for children aged 0-12, enabling them to thrive in community settings. You will implement best practices, support educators, and engage families in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assessments and observations for children's developmental progress

• Collaborate with classroom educators to implement effective strategies

• Develop Individual Program Plans tailored to individual needs

• Support transitions to school for identified children

• Document and report on children's progress to meet regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education

• Membership in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Strong experience with children with disabilities and their families

• Ability to conduct developmental screenings and assessments

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
