Position: Transport Engineering Instructor at McMaster University
Engage students in transportation engineering with McMaster University as an instructor for CIVENG 3K03. Teach fundamental concepts of transportation systems through on-campus, in-person lectures and tutorials.

McMaster University seeks a sessional faculty member for the Introduction to Transportation Engineering course in Term
1. Candidates should hold a Master's or PhD in Civil Engineering and showcase advanced knowledge of relevant topics such as traffic flow theory and intersection design. Strong communication skills are essential for effective one-on-one student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures on transportation systems fundamentals

• Guide two-hour tutorials to enhance student learning

• Address transportation challenges through engineering principles

• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback

• Collaborate with TAs to support course objectives

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering required, PhD preferred
