Key Responsibilities:
• Perform analyses using AIM II 5.0 tools
• Conduct Front-End Analysis for training assessment
• Lead SME workshops for task validation
• Design instructional approaches and testing methods
• Ensure quality in training materials and evaluation plans
Requirements:
• 3+ years in training course development
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline
• Experience in instructional technology required
• Active Secret security clearance necessary
• US citizenship is a must
