Position: Full-Time Inclusion Facilitator at CLH
Join Community Living Hamilton as a Full-Time Permanent Inclusion Facilitator. This role enhances support for children with diverse abilities through tailoring inclusive practices in early childhood education.

Community Living Hamilton is the largest service provider for individuals with developmental disabilities in the region. The Inclusion Facilitator will work within the Special Needs Resourcing team, ensuring every child achieves their full potential through participation and inclusion. Candidates should be prepared to serve as role models, fostering an inclusive learning environment for children in classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement inclusive practices for diverse classroom settings

• Serve as a resource to educators and support staff

• Advocate for children with special needs and their families

• Encourage participation in school activities and programs

• Monitor and assess individual learning plans for effectiveness

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution

• Valid registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Experience working with children with special needs

• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
