Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute career development workshops
• Interview students for program suitability
• Develop marketing materials for career services
• Provide coaching on resume writing and interview skills
• Analyze labour market trends and opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 4 years in career services
• Exceptional coaching and presentation capabilities
• Strong understanding of job recruitment processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
