In your Full-Time role within the Special Needs Resourcing team, you will ensure that children with diverse abilities receive the support needed for their full development. CLH is dedicated to implementing innovative strategies to enhance inclusion and community participation for individuals with disabilities.
Your role will help shape the future for children and families in Hamilton.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an inclusion advocate and resource for classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement effective practices
• Encourage active participation from children of all abilities
• Support families in accessing community resources
• Engage in continuous advocacy for disability awareness
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution
• Membership in the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Training and experience in special needs education
• First Aid and Child CPR certification
• A valid Driver's License and vehicle access
