This temporary position, requiring 37.5 hours per week, involves coordinating workshops tailored for low-income individuals, seniors, and gender-diverse communities. You will work alongside the Business Advisory Manager to ensure that all programming meets community needs and incorporates critical financial education topics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Dollars and Sense financial literacy programming
• Facilitate workshops on budgeting, savings, and fraud protection
• Organize community engagement activities and tax clinics
• Foster partnerships with local organizations
• Collect program data and assist in evaluations
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree or similar experience
• Workshop facilitation and community outreach expertise
• Understanding of financial literacy issues
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to feminist and anti-racist frameworks
