This role, effective from September 2026 to September 2027, focuses on connecting students with placement opportunities while providing critical support to faculty and community partners. Your expertise will ensure a seamless placement process and positively influence student career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a network of potential employers

• Monitor general placement email inquiries and respond promptly

• Facilitate the preparation and delivery of student application packages

• Track the progression of student placements and document results

• Collaborate to improve field placement processes

Requirements:

• Completed diploma in Office Administration or equivalent

• 3 years’ experience in student placement or support roles

• Knowledge of management systems related to experiential learning

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
