Community Living Hamilton offers a unique chance to thrive as part of the Special Needs Resourcing team. This role requires you to champion inclusive education, guiding and empowering children with developmental disabilities. You will cultivate strong relationships within the community, ensuring a supportive and equitable approach for all families and children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model inclusive practices for classroom engagement

• Assist teams in implementing effective educational strategies

• Provide resources for diverse learning needs

• Advocate for families experiencing marginalization

• Support and participate in community-based programs

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education diploma from an accredited Ontario college

• Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Relevant experience with special needs children

• Valid First Aid certification, including infant/child CPR

• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination required
