Mohawk College in Hamilton is seeking a Coordinator, Retention Initiatives & Student Support on a temporary assignment from September 2026 to January 2028. You will lead proactive outreach, provide academic advising, and coordinate services for diverse student populations, including scholarship and Better Jobs Ontario cohorts.
You’ll develop retention initiatives, collaborate with multiple departments, and analyze data to support student success and program evaluation.
