Elementary French & English Tutor

Become a key educator at Oxford Learning Hamilton as a Part-Time French and English Tutor, focusing on enriching student learning experiences both online and in-person.

In this engaging role, you will teach students at different levels, utilizing well-prepared lesson plans that adhere to Oxford Learning’s methodologies. Working in person at the Hamilton learning centre, you will promote student success through diligent updates and maintain effective communication. Evening and weekend hours are part of the commitment to inspire the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and support up to three students at once

• Conduct lessons in a supportive in-person atmosphere

• Follow pre-designed lesson plans from Oxford Learning

• Provide comprehensive updates for each student

• Keep a friendly and professional demeanor throughout

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification

• Teaching or tutoring certification is beneficial

• Solid understanding of the K-12 curriculum

• Strong communication abilities in English

• Proven experience multitasking in a teaching context
