In this part-time tutoring role, you will guide elementary students towards achieving their academic goals. Working in-person in the Hamilton learning center, you'll engage students during after-school hours and on Saturdays, utilizing pre-planned lessons to foster a supportive environment for learning. Your commitment to helping students develop self-confidence will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach different subjects to groups of three students
• Post-lesson notes to track student progress
• Update parents on daily communication about students
• Implement Oxford Learning methodologies during each lesson
• Create an encouraging classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• Past teaching or tutoring experience
• Strong English written and verbal skills
• Ability to work with multiple learners
• Reliability and commitment through June preferred
