Join the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board as a Lunchroom Supervisor overseeing student lunchtime activities. Play an essential role in ensuring safety and supervision.
You will report directly to the School Principal, providing supervision in the lunchroom and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with children and demonstrate the ability to work well with students from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication with staff and parents is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor students during lunch in various locations
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on school grounds
• Foster positive interactions with students, staff, and parents
• Assist students with different capabilities and needs
• Work collaboratively with fellow support staff members
Requirements:
• Proven experience in childcare or education settings
• Strong commitment to student safety and security
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences
• Reliability in attendance and punctuality
• Must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
