Middle School Health​/PE Teacher Replacement

Become a key part of the educational team as a Health and PE Leave Replacement Teacher for grades 6-8. This role helps students thrive in both gym and classroom settings.

We’re seeking a Health and PE Teacher to fill in for a leave of absence at our middle school. Your expertise in instructing middle school students and knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards will make a significant impact. Candidates with a New Jersey Instructional Certificate for Health and Physical Education are encouraged to apply, especially those experienced with Google Apps for Education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct middle school health and physical education classes

• Engage students at various learning levels

• Implement NJ Student Learning Standards in curriculum

• Utilize Google Apps for Education in lessons

• Ensure successful clearance of criminal history

Requirements:

• New Jersey Instructional Certificate in Health and PE

• Experience teaching middle school students

• Strong knowledge of health and PE standards

• Ability to work in gym and classroom settings

• Bilingual skills are a plus
