Senior Occupational Hygienist at WSP

In your role, you'll manage complex occupational hygiene initiatives while ensuring client satisfaction and technical excellence. With 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams and contribute to strategic growth. This position requires expertise in project management, client engagement, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage occupational hygiene projects across Western Canada

• Develop business strategies for growth in the OHS portfolio

• Mentor junior staff to foster collaboration and accountability

• Conduct risk assessments and exposure evaluations

• Deliver training and technical reports to clients

Requirements:

• 8 to 15 years of experience in occupational hygiene

• CIH or ROH designation, or eligibility within 12 months

• Advanced degree in Occupational/Environmental Hygiene or related field

• Strong business development and project management skills

• Willingness to travel regionally for fieldwork
