City Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading engineering firm to hire a Senior Proposal Manager with deep experience in the civil infrastructure and energy sectors. We re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented proposal expert with a collaborative approach and a strong background in engineering-related submissions.

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for public and private sector clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored, strategic content.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements, and submission protocols.
• Customize and format proposals using InDesign and other creative tools.
• Support content strategy, pursuit planning, and internal process improvement.

• 510 years of experience leading proposals in an engineering or civil firm
  .
• Deep understanding of civil infrastructure and energy-focused pursuits.
• Strong writing, editing, and layout capabilities (InDesign proficiency required).
• Organized, proactive, and confident working across multiple deadlines.
• Based in or near Kitchener-Waterloo or Hamilton
  .
