Job Description:

We are seeking an eager, high-energy engineering professional to join our team in a fast-paced, high-impact manufacturing environment. As a Capital Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting capital projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives across our production operations. You'll gain hands-on experience with equipment, suppliers, and internal teams while building the foundation for a rewarding engineering career.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the planning and execution of capital projects.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost estimates, and vendor coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, quality, and safety to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, equipment specifications, and process changes.
• Participate in team meetings, present project updates, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
