Collaborate closely with aerodynamics, flight controls, and structural engineering teams to ensure accurate loads definition and feedback integration

Support control law design and tuning with aeroelastic stability considerations

Conduct sensitivity studies, load alleviation analyses, and correlation with flight test and simulation data

Act as a technical integrator between engineering disciplines and project management

Apply and enforce applicable standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements

Drive rigor, resilience, and continuous improvement in engineering design and analysis methods

Stay current with advances in loads, aeroelasticity, and aerospace engineering practices

Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and delivery performance

Requirements     7+ years of experience  in loads, aeroelasticity, or related engineering roles within aerospace or automotive environments

Proven experience across multiple phases of the product lifecycle (concept, development, testing, certification)

Strong background in structural loads analysis and aeroelastic modelling techniques

Hands‑on experience with systems engineering principles is an advantage
