Position: Reliability Engineer with LEAN Focus
Become a key player at Maple Leaf Foods as a Reliability Engineer, utilizing LEAN principles to drive manufacturing enhancements. Improve plant efficiency and ensure safety across processes.
Reporting directly to the Reliability Manager, this role is crucial for those passionate about engineering improvements in manufacturing environments. You will lead projects that optimize processes and equipment, apply continuous improvement methodologies, and validate engineering practices. This position requires collaborative engagement with teams and clear communication skills for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for manufacturing improvement projects

• Review and participate in equipment upgrades

• Oversee the preventive maintenance execution

• Conduct Pre-Start Health and Safety Reviews

• Develop reliability performance standards
Requirements:

• College or university education in Engineering

• 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience

• Knowledge of SAP is an asset

• Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
