As part of our Field Services team, you will coordinate contract administration efforts for various construction projects, ensuring compliance and timely execution. Your background in civil engineering and supervision of inspection teams will support effective project completion. The position is available from our offices in Guelph, Mississauga, or Hamilton with significant field presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage construction contracts efficiently
• Ensure timely return of submittals and requests
• Conduct detailed site progress evaluations and meetings
• Review change requests and contractor claims
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout project lifecycle
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or relevant discipline
• 10+ years in contract administration in related fields
• Strong knowledge of traffic control and safety practices
• Proficiency in managing construction inspections
• Excellent stakeholder coordination abilities
