Position: ClearWater HSE Advisor Role

This temporary HSE Advisor position starts in July/August 2026, offering a Monday to Thursday schedule with 10-hour days.

Your role will center around fostering a strong HSE culture, assisting with safety inspections, and managing essential safety documentation. Additionally, you'll oversee subcontractor compliance to ensure high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a strong HSE culture through employee engagement

• Aid in conducting inspections and hazard assessments

• Track safety documentation and present statistics

• Evaluate subcontractor documentation and compliance

• Offer ongoing training and support to teams
Requirements:

• 5+ years in construction or oil and gas fields

• CRSP certification or OHS preferred

• Familiarity with HSE Management Systems

• Completion of safety ticket requirements

• Reliable transportation necessary for site visits
