Position: Contract Administrator for Civil Projects
Join EXP as a Contract Administrator, managing vital construction phases in locations like Markham and Barrie. This is a pivotal role focusing on municipal infrastructure projects.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects, including tunnelling and treatment plants, adhere to contractual obligations and quality standards. You will prepare various reports, monitor financial aspects, and review contractor submissions, ensuring compliance with regulations. Effective negotiation and communication with stakeholders are key to this role's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations between EXP and Clients

• Prepare agendas and minutes for project meetings

• Review environmental plans and advise on discrepancies

• Monitor project budgets and payment terms

• Coordinate review of shop drawings and RFIs
Requirements:

• 10 years of construction phase experience required

• P.Eng. or CET designation essential

• Strong understanding of building codes and practices

• Proven collaboration with stakeholders

• Willing to travel for project sites and meetings
