Infrastructure HSEQ Expert

Position: Infrastructure HSEQ Expert Needed Now
Webber is looking for an HSEQ Expert in Infrastructure Management to enhance our health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. This role focuses on compliance and effective safety management practices.

You will provide leadership and support by setting HSE standards and conducting jobsite observations. Collaborate with teams to perform Job Safety Analysis and develop specific HSE training to mitigate risks.

Your role will empower staff through mentoring and ensure adherence to safety regulations while maintaining project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document HSE jobsite observations and compliance reviews

• Lead and coach proper Job Safety Analysis techniques

• Develop site-specific HSE Plans and continuous training

• Investigate incidents to improve safety protocols

• Communicate daily activities effectively to leadership

Requirements:

• 2+ years in infrastructure or maintenance fields

• at least 1 year in HSE construction leadership

• Associate degree or progressing towards Bachelor's in safety

• HSE professional credentials in development (like CSP)

• Valid driver’s license with an exemplary record
