Enhance safety standards as a Fuel Inspector with TSSA in Ontario. Conduct inspections, engage with communities, and ensure compliance with regulations to promote public safety.
As a Fuel Inspector, you will perform detailed checks of regulated fuel facilities, respond effectively to safety incidents, and support compliance with the Technical Standards and Safety Act. You will leverage your five years of experience in the gaseous fuels sector and your strong communication skills to adhere to safety protocols and manage risk across the province.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections of regulated fuel facilities
• Attend to safety incidents and conduct root cause analyses
• Provide compliance guidance based on fuel regulations
• Document inspections and maintain compliance records
• Organize daily inspection schedules to ensure efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of experience in gaseous fuels
• Certifications in progress, such as Gas Technician (G2)
• Familiarity with fuels-related codes and standards
• Strong analytical abilities for effective investigations
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence for travel
