SCADA Project Manager

Lead vital projects as a SCADA Project Manager with the City of Hamilton, focusing on operational technology security. Work with diverse teams to enhance the city’s water system integrity.

This role involves managing security across the SCADA and operational technology landscape. You’ll work closely with staff in operations, maintenance, and cybersecurity to ensure compliance with data privacy laws and develop security policies. Your leadership will directly contribute to the safety and reliability of the City's water facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies for SCADA/OT systems

• Analyze and address security risks with Hamilton Water Operations

• Monitor security compliance and manage auditing processes

• Educate teams on security protocols and best practices

• Conduct periodic security assessments and implement improvements

Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Experience with SCADA and OT infrastructure

• Knowledge of network security and legislative requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Class G Driver’s Licence required
