As the primary GIS lead, you will provide technical leadership and develop meaningful connections with cross-functional teams, guiding projects through their life cycle. Key responsibilities include managing GIS standards, data integrations, and delivering user-friendly maps, dashboards, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead geospatial data delivery during project stages

• Coordinate GIS efforts with design and construction teams

• Design CAD/BIM to GIS data integrations

• Establish GIS standards and best practices

• Develop automation tools to enhance workflows

Requirements:

• 8+ years of GIS experience in construction environments

• Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS stack

• Proficiency in CAD/BIM formats integration

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management
