Position: Staff Pilot Role at Skygauge Robotics
Shape the future of industrial inspections as a Staff Pilot with Skygauge Robotics in Hamilton, Ontario. This full-time position requires hands-on drone operations experience in industrial environments.
In this hybrid field and office-based role, you’ll execute customer deployments and inspections while travelling approximately 30-40% of the year. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure operational excellence, focusing on testing and certifying newly manufactured equipment before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute commercial drone operations for customer projects

• Conduct pre-flight planning and mission preparation

• Travel to customer sites across North America and internationally

• Troubleshoot drone systems and document operational data

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
Requirements:

• Experience with commercial drone operations

• Strong flight planning and risk assessment skills

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities

• Valid driver's license with ability to travel internationally

• Attention to detail in documentation
