Join WSP as a Senior Environmental Permitting Specialist in Ontario, leading the permitting process for large, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Ensure environmental compliance from the design phase through construction.

Your experience in regulatory frameworks will enable you to provide strategic permitting advice to clients and project teams. Over 10 years in this field will allow you to effectively manage approvals, track licenses, and ensure timely compliance throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead permitting and approvals for large infrastructure projects

• Identify and mitigate permitting and compliance risks

• Oversee tracking and acquisition of necessary permits

• Serve as main liaison with Indigenous communities and regulators

• Support construction compliance and technical quality reviews

Requirements:

• Strong regulatory knowledge specific to Ontario

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Proven strategic advising capabilities in permitting processes

• Experience in complex infrastructure projects

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
