Elevate community infrastructure as a Senior Engineer focusing on transportation with EXP in Ontario. Manage complex projects and engage diverse stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
As part of our transportation team, you will design and lead urban and rural initiatives, including interchanges and traffic signals. This full-time role requires your expertise to deliver on project goals while fostering a culture of safety and inclusion. Additionally, coaching junior engineers will be a key part of your responsibilities as you support their professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the planning and design of transportation projects
• Inspect street lighting and traffic signals for compliance
• Create detailed construction specs and tender documentation
• Manage and allocate project budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with owners, contractors, and public stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Transportation Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of traffic/transportation design experience
• Valid L.E.T./P. Eng. or C.E.T. designation
• Strong knowledge of standards and software applications
• Current Ontario driver’s license required
