Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for MX products

• Lead moderately complex mechanical projects within Operations Engineering

• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements

• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams

• Support Lean initiatives and documentation updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and AS9100 standards

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with Solid Works and AutoCAD

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
