Join a team of engineers dedicated to partnering with agriculture and greenhouse customers to uncover innovative ways to use natural gas more efficiently. This role is ideal for someone motivated to make a direct impact, build strong customer relationships, and persevere to find optimal energy efficiency solutions.

• Travel Requirements: 75% office-based, 25% field-based. Travel mainly within Ontario, including overnight stays.
• Frequent travel within the Niagara Region (approx. twice per week); occasional travel to Toronto or Leamington.
• Driver’s Abstract REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license and responsible driving record. Must have access to own vehicle or rentals when needed.

• Consult with agriculture and greenhouse customers to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
• Learn customer processes, educate them on energy use, and leverage technical expertise to guide decisions.
• Support Demand Side Management (DSM) Industrial Team in achieving annual savings targets.

• Ability to forge long‑term customer relationships built on trust and respect.
• Strong analytical skills to provide solutions to complex operational challenges.
• Expertise in building technical savings calculations to secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset to integrate with and support the broader team.
