In this senior role, you will spearhead the planning and management of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems across Ontario. Collaboration with municipalities and industry leaders will be key as you provide project management leadership, mentor juniors, and ensure high-quality outputs. Your ability to analyze and model will drive innovative servicing strategies that meet community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex infrastructure planning projects
• Mentor junior staff to enhance team capabilities
• Serve as a client liaison, enhancing relationships
• Oversee the preparation of detailed project deliverables
• Develop innovative strategies for water servicing
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in engineering or planning; P.Eng. preferred
• 5-10+ years in water infrastructure planning
• Proven experience managing planning studies
• Strong skills in hydraulic modeling software
• Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations
