Key Responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Introduction and sustaining projects

• Collaborate with Design Engineering for process development

• Conduct hands-on development for product validation

• Maintain manufacturing processes including Acceptance Test Procedures

• Provide technical direction on system failures
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

• Strong technical communication skills

• Ability to coordinate multiple project priorities

• LEAN Green Belt Certification preferred
