As the Aerospace Contracts Manager, you will oversee complex contract negotiations and support proposal preparations for high-stakes projects. This role requires a strong partnership with engineering and operations teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal standards, and company policies throughout various program life cycles. Your industry experience will significantly impact the execution of contracts in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the contract negotiation and execution processes

• Provide insights on contractual risks to senior leadership

• Draft and manage crucial contractual documentation

• Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations and policies

• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and customers
Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 6+ with a Master’s

• In-depth knowledge of aerospace and defense sectors

• Familiar with federal contracting guidelines

• Strong communication and advanced Excel skills

• U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance
